We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges For:

• Shipping delays (once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier)

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Damaged packaging (cosmetic damage to the outer packaging does not qualify as product damage)

• Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to shipping delays. We understand delays can be frustrating, but once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for transit time.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

• Orders placed with promotional discounts or on-sale items are final and non-refundable.

• Fraud Prevention: If our system detects a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
